Clarity before commitment.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing or using TonaqueLove's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TonaqueLove. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Membership and pricing

TonaqueLove offers Regular and Premium membership plans with monthly or quarterly billing intervals. A one-time joining fee applies to your first payment only. All payments are renewed manually—you approve each renewal. We will never charge you automatically.

Current membership pricing is published on the membership page. The joining fee is charged once, on your first paid activation. Subsequent renewals do not include the joining fee.

Monthly membership activates for one month from the date of payment. Quarterly membership activates for three months from the date of payment. If you do not renew before your membership expires, your access will be paused until you renew.

5. Member conduct

You agree to use TonaqueLove respectfully and lawfully. You will not harass, bully, threaten, impersonate or harm other members. You will not share false, misleading or fraudulent information. You will not attempt to access accounts or systems without authorisation.

6. Profile photographs

You are responsible for the photographs you upload. Photographs must depict you personally and must not be misleading, explicit, harmful or infringe on the rights of others. You must have permission before including another identifiable person in your photograph.

Photographs are reviewed for safety and policy compliance before becoming visible to other members. TonaqueLove reserves the right to remove photographs that violate these terms without notice.

You may not upload photographs that contain contact information, text overlays, misleading filters, or material that violates applicable law.

7. Matching and introductions

TonaqueLove facilitates connections through independent discovery and personal matchmaking. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, compatibility or relationship success. Matchmaking introductions are made with care but remain at the discretion of our team. The personal Matchmaker route is separately arranged and priced.

8. Privacy and data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using TonaqueLove, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

9. Limitation of liability

TonaqueLove provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TonaqueLove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
